Comesave is a Dutch business internet provider that specialises in offering their clients a variety of business internet options, based on their needs, preferences and location, all through their website. The problem was that the forms the customers had to interact with were not user friendly and information presented to clients was not organized in a coherent, easy to understand manner.
I started of by reshaping the website content structure, prioritizing sections that increase user trust and anticipate any questions customers might have about the product.
Custom icons and graphics. To bring uniqueness and character to the brand, I created several custom graphics that tie in with the logo and other marketing materials.
Refining the user flow. A good user flow progressively builds user trust and encourages conversions by anticipating potential questions, painpoints and providing social proof just before the final CTA.
Mobile friendly. With over 52% of all internet traffic now coming from mobile devices, it was crucial to provide a consistent user experience across devices.
